The chemical synthesis group is engaged in three different product areas: - Substrates and inhibitors
The chemical synthesis group offers synthesis and customer-specific development of chromogenic and fluorogenic peptide substrates. In addition, competitive and irreversible low molecular weight serine protease inhibitors are synthesized. The substrates and inhibitors for serine proteinases are used in research, in-process control and quality control. - Active biological peptides
The second area includes the development and synthesis of active biological peptides to be used in test kits and as active cosmetic ingredients. - Sensor applications
The third area was etablished in 1999: OEM-customer-specific synthesis of fine chemicals, formulation components and development of vial systems for industry sensor applications.
